Ankle circumference: Measure around the narrowest part of the ankle.
Calf circumference: Measure around the widest part of the calf.
Thigh circumference: Measure around the widest part of the thigh, just below the gluteal fold.
Important: Class 2 corresponds to fairly firm compression (20–30 mmHg).

Compression level
Class 2 (15–20 mmHg): the most commonly recommended level. It supports most venous conditions, is suitable during pregnancy, and offers protection on long journeys.
- Wash your compression stockings or socks by hand or machine-wash at 30°C, preferably in a laundry bag to protect them.
- Use a mild detergent, without fabric softener or chlorine/bleach, to help preserve the fibres’ elasticity.
- Leave to air-dry flat, away from direct heat sources (radiators, tumble dryer). Do not iron.
